    So are you guys that are saying heavy squats will not make your core thicker? I find that hard to believe that you can work a muscle with heavy weight and not have size/thickness added to ones core. (especially if you are on the sauce)

    Instead of just saying it's a non issue, could someone explain why its a non issue?

    I mean, in my mind, maybe its a non issue if you are already a Tank, but if you are naturally slim?

    I am certainly not challenging anyone's opinion here, just looking for some kind of explanation.
