True Protein’s Calcium Caseinate is manufactured and derived from fresh skim milk.  Calcium Caseinate protein is extracted from casein through acidification, which in turn, provides the user with a slow digesting protein.  This slow digesting time leads to anti-catabolic properties and gives the user a feeling of being fuller longer.

Hydrolyzed whey isolate ultra grade has very little bitterness and is lighter than our hydrolyzed whey high grade in color, though it is an isolate and is agglomerated it does tend to clump a bit during mixing.  We recommend blending this product, and adding the powder slowly to fully disperse the material for no clumps.  Or using this in a mix along with other protein, this also helps the protein not clump.
