True Protein’s Complete Milk Dairy Isolate (CMDI) is derived from fresh skim milk; both Micellar Casein and Whey Protein Isolate (80% and 20%).  CMDI is very unique in that it mimics the same amino acid profile of milk; this in turn yields a high nutritional protein which helps with proper biological function and ease of amino acid assimilation.  CMDI is completely soluble and instantized/agglomerated with a complete neutral pH.  This neutral pH retains all functionality of both the whey and casein proteins fractions, which is essential for proper sports nutrition.  The natural, gental isolation process and neutral pH helps retain all these essential protein fractions many protein powders of today are missing.  This is a great product for individuals that are lactose intolerant, Complete Milk Dairy Isolate is nearly lactose free.
