Hydrolyzed whey isolate ultra grade has very little bitterness and is lighter than our hydrolyzed whey high grade in color, though it is an isolate and is agglomerated it does tend to clump a bit during mixing.  We recommend blending this product, and adding the powder slowly to fully disperse the material for no clumps.  Or using this in a mix along with other protein, this also helps the protein not clump.
