Tried this and it is great. No gittery caffeine buzz but constant energy for at least 2 hours, had a great workout with this stuff without the stimulant feeling, just constant alertness.

So, just finishing up my month on HT8/Phenom IV and gotta say that I LOVED it. Energy and sense of "well being" were consistantly good (even though I was dieting down). Also, the weight seemed to drop a little more quickly than in the past...gotta love the fact that I was ADDING cals 5-6 weeks out
I will definatley use this combo again.

This is got to be the best tasting liquid aminos on the market but hard to find a supplier in Canada.I take two tablespoons all the time between meals to keep that nitrogen balance on the positive side.Yeasr ago they made a Bulk powder form of this product which was great tasting also.

I find this Whey works well with any add in fruit or additives you wish to have in a shake.Tastes great(vanilla) or chocolate if you perfer.

This is the first creatine I've used, however I believe it does everything a creatine monohydrate product has a reputation of doing.
I take it in hot water (to increase solubility) with lots of sugar (I also take a pill of Alpha lipoic acid with it). Together, I find I obtain more stamina in the weight room. Furthermore, I'm also finding that I sweat much less when using while using this product which is also a plus.
