When it's asked would I recommend it, I think 'maybe' might be a better answer.
Bought it on sale, so I originally had four boxes of it. Initial impression was packaging is cool, hadn't seen a foil packaged fat burner in a while. Pop one out you need it and you're gtg. I took this during contest prep and I did notice some 'slight' help in shedding fat but I believe it was mostly the diet, I did feel more focus when taking it (which did help since I was in a fog a lot) but this didn't last significantly long, it did help suppress appetite well, it did help keep water off and kept me dry, and it did virtually nothing with energy. No pick-me-up at all.

i have been an on again off agin type of lifter, and i had just started using these this past 9 weeks and i am amazed at the difference it has made me feel and the aid it has given me in recovery, will be using these ongoing now!

I took this out of desperation from hitting a weight loss wall. I didn't think I would turn to a fat burner but after some thorough research I discovered some some if not all of these ingredients do in fact have a lot of science behind them including Forskolin.
To make a long story short I lost 2 pounds in 3 days taking this stuff and I would give it a 10/10 except I had to stop taking it. I am sensitive to stims and took it with food even though it recommends taking it on an empty stomach. On the third day I took it on an empty stomach and almost had several anxiety attacks. I made the decision to stop taking it and return it. Although it was effective I can't take a risk with a product like that. For those who can tolerate stims, by all means, this might be the things for you.
I started taking Rivalus Enpulse instead. It has no stims but is meant to increase libido and testosterone (even though my focus is weight loss and not sex drive.) Apparently weight loss and maintaining lean body mass are the other effects Enpulse has. I just started taking it and will post reviews as soon as I figure out if it really has any merit.

Well, i am amazed by this product to be honest. I took 1.5 scoops (plus 5g yohimbine HCL and 2.4g beta alanine) And i had a great workout. After 15 minutes i could feel the focus and energy start, it lasted for my entire workout (1 hour) and i could feel it for another hour after that. I should note that i was taking another preworkout for some time and never cycled off of it at all, just switched. And this stuff still gave me a much better feeling. Awesome focus, great product, will try others from this company for sure.

Tastes good, good stimulation, good pumps, like the tingling effect. I don't think I'd bother to use it for cardio as suggested above. Not insanely expensive, and no calories - so good on a cut.

I only hold back from giving this product a 10 because it's too thick as per the mixing instructions. In my mind, a fruit drink should not be as thick as this. However, adding a bit more water resolves that for me. As far as taste goes, it's awesome, and a nice departure from chocolate.

Picked some of this up on sale last weekend. I have only tried the Mango so far, and although it is pretty thick, it's quite tasty. I might consider watering it down more as I don't think fruit drinks should be thick.

I purchased the Arctic Cappucino Frappe flavour on sale recently, and it tastes just like a Tim Horton's Ice Capp when you make it with 8 oz water and a couple of ice cubes per serving.
