      This is the first creatine I've used, however I believe it does everything a creatine monohydrate product has a reputation of doing.


      I take it in hot water (to increase solubility) with lots of sugar (I also take a pill of Alpha lipoic acid with it). Together, I find I obtain more stamina in the weight room. Furthermore, I'm also finding that I sweat much less when using while using this product which is also a plus.
