^This... i cannot even express in words the rage i feel when i get all warmed up... knees and quads flowing with blood from the bike and extensions and head over to the squat rack to see ****wad doing barbell curls...."then they give you the look, like ya, i am doing curls on this shit, what are you gonna do about it?" I mean WTF, really, it is only 65lbs douchebag...can;t you pick it up off the floor.. or is that too much work in your workout??
