My worst so far is when I had a bunch of micro tears through my AC tendon from benching back when I was in university, kept me from doing alot of upper body work for 3 months or so.
Also in highschool I got hit in the knee with a shotput at track practice and occassionally I have some knee pain but it's good for the most part.
Other then that just some slight elbow and wrist pain from time to time when pressing
