I squat pretty deep.. however, when I go as heavy as I can.. i only get to 90 (if Im lucky! lol)
I usually do like 3 sets super deep , most weight I can do safely is about plates + 10 per side.
then I do sumos with the plate +10
then front squats with the plate only
Then I pop heavy weight on and see what Ive got left
today I tried 205! got to parrellel, tried to stand up, farted, laughed and had to drop the bar!!
