Personally, I need to do squats more often, but I do notice people loading on all kinds of crazy weight sometimes at the gym, and they barely go down at all.. more like just burping their knees. Kinda like those guys that grab the huge dumbells for chest presses and only come down far enough to work their triceps.

Those guys only go that deep as they are trying to lift their ego and its too big for their strength..lol..we're firm believers that warming up and then some sets just below parallel until the load gets real heavy and then just to parallel...we worry about the acl with the heavy load going too deep...
