    Looks good man!
    Flipping it is definitely the hard part, and the more stuff you have in the egg mixture the more likely it is to fall apart. A couple tricks I have learned over the years;
    1)Don't flip it until the very last minute, you want the egg to be cooked firm as far through as you can without burning the bottom. If you have a lid for your frying pan use it, this will help the omelet firm up throughout better before the flip.
    2)Put the spatula under the omelet with your right hand, and in your left hand lift the frying pan off the stove and toss the omelet up into the air, then just use the spatula to lightly guide it into the flip. This takes a little practice but has been the biggest help to me.
    3)I got a giant omelet spatula for Christmas one year. I'm pretty sure it came from the dollar store, but its round and almost the size of the frying pan. I used it a lot before I learned the pan flip method.

    Also there's another method of making the omelet entirely that you can use. Cook the filling separate, make a "naked" egg omelet then put the stuff in the middle and fold the egg onto it so its stuffed like an egg taco. This method works well if your putting a lot of fillings in because as I mentioned above, the more stuff you have in the egg mixture the more it disrupts the eggs structural integrity and the better chance of it breaking up into scrambled omelet during the flip.

    I used to bake omelets in the oven in my cast iron frying pan too, which avoids the flip entirely. It takes longer to make though and I'm not a morning person.
