I do it all the time.

3-5 oz of chicken cut into small cubes. Some finely chopped onion and sliced mushrooms.

Saute in pan until cooked then add in egg mixture (5-6 whole eggs or 8-10 egg whites)

Cooked then flip half over (you can add a bit of shredded cheese before you flip). Cook for a bit longer then flip onto the other side and done.

Omlettes are super easy and a great way for eggs to not get boring.
I lost 20 pounds...How? I drank bear piss and took up fencing. How the **** you think, son? I exercised.

Nice, I was thinking tuna tossing tuna in there instead of chicken. Then I found this.... IHOP Colarado Omelette, I think I could tweak it a little to fit what I need out of it. And it looks so damn good.

I rinse my tuna in water, kills the tuna taste, and lowers the sodium content.

I use 6 eggs, salsa to taste, some shredded cheese, and steak

    3 eggs
100g ham, cut into small cubes
    30g shredded cheddar

scramble eggs in bowl then dump into the frying pan. Cook until firm, flip, add ham and cheese, fold in half and slide onto plate. Also good with mushrooms and onions.

Gets you ~45 grams of protein in ~400 calories.
I usually eat this with some fruit or oatmeal.
