Thanks man I really appreciate it. I watched a video of a westside seminar once and those guys swore by the machine and then I saw it at my gym and was like ohhhh snap.

Start with light weights and lots of reps and get to know your machine, after a while you will be able to throw it in as a heavy accessory

Thanks shane after a couple times through the set up I have now which is a 30 day cycle from 8 reps to 10 reps then raise weights accordingly and do again. I have 60 more days of that then I am going to change up what I am doing and go with a 5 day split. First 2 will be power lifting type compounds Day 1 Lower day 2 Upper I am going to start doing the reverse hypers with the lower body day. Thanks for all the help man appreciate it wish I could rep ya more then they let me.

Its all good... you can also use light weight on it to help the warm up too.... it with traction the low back as well as warm up the low back and butt muscles

    April 18th
Squatting at Montreal Barbell in Montreal

It is always great to get to go down to this gym, Ross and Cheryl, The people that run it are two of the nicest people you will ever met, and they are doing more for powerlifting in canada than anyone else right now!!!!

    squatting in full gear

right away I put on my 2 ply inzer preds and 2 ply Ginny canvas camo suit
225x5 really really high haha... ;I have a lot of gear on
    315x3
    495x2 added belt
    585x1
    675x1
    765x1
865x1 high with knee wraps on straps up
940x1 high knee wraps on tight straps tightened a little... I was pissed wih this so I went back down to 865 with no knee wraps
865x1 nice and deep and easy!!! really happy with this....on a side note all the weights are 10 pounds heavier because we use a 55 lbs squat bar

A good buddy of mine went for 1025, he cut it high locked it out and then promptly passed out and flopped to his right .... after he came too and we found he was ok, I laughed for about 20 mins... it was so funny.... after we helped him up he asked "why the **** was I on the floor??? "
I responded "because you were unconscience" a classic moment in my life... Glad big mike is fine... because that was so funny
