We recommend taking 2-3 grams 15-30 minutes before workouts and another 2-3g 15-30 minutes after workouts. On non workout days, we recommend taking 2-3g with your first meal, and then another 2-3g with a meal approximately 6 hours later.

the taste...oh god, the taste.... works as advertised, but it BURNS my mouth when taken in powder form, so i've started capping it
can't beath the price tho, and gelatin capsules are stupid cheap aswell.
