I took this out of desperation from hitting a weight loss wall. I didn't think I would turn to a fat burner but after some thorough research I discovered some some if not all of these ingredients do in fact have a lot of science behind them including Forskolin.
To make a long story short I lost 2 pounds in 3 days taking this stuff and I would give it a 10/10 except I had to stop taking it. I am sensitive to stims and took it with food even though it recommends taking it on an empty stomach. On the third day I took it on an empty stomach and almost had several anxiety attacks. I made the decision to stop taking it and return it. Although it was effective I can't take a risk with a product like that. For those who can tolerate stims, by all means, this might be the things for you.
I started taking Rivalus Enpulse instead. It has no stims but is meant to increase libido and testosterone (even though my focus is weight loss and not sex drive.) Apparently weight loss and maintaining lean body mass are the other effects Enpulse has. I just started taking it and will post reviews as soon as I figure out if it really has any merit.
