6.5 weeks out!!

That depends on conditioning. Again a good program is not cookie cutter it is developed according to the clients body and conditioning and how it reacts. We could tell you to do many things and that may not work out because its a bit of a gamble. Without working wit someone to see how they react etc its difficult to know.
I wouldnt worry so much about the last week I would worry about dropping another 15lbs...you have significant weight to lose yet.
P
yea that's what I'm focused on right now, just asking questions.
I checked my bodyfat percentage with calipiers the other day, measured the side of the chest, abdomen and thigh. I got 6% bodyfat, but I'm not sure if that's right. From looking at pics, what do you think my bodyfat is at??
Should you use an anti-e the last few weeks of the contest prep even though I'm planning on cutting out test a week out?
Pics can be deceiving. You may or may not be in the single digits. I'd say you look pretty lean, in the 8-10% range. The numbers don't matter - you need to lose some bodyfat, it may not be as much as some might think but it might be more. It all depends how you lose. I also wouldn't worry about how many pounds you need to lose on the scale. Say you're 210 now, don't target 198 or 195 or whatever. You could lose 10 pounds and look the same. Or you could lose 3 and look peeled. Some people are just like that. Better method is flexing the glutes, are there striations in them? Not yet - so keep going, lol. Eventually it won't matter where you pinch, the skin will feel the same everywhere - there won't be any thickness to it, just skin.
My glutes are starting to show some striations, guess it's going good then :D apparently other competitors are saying I'm ahead of schedule for conditioning so I guess I look soft in pics, I'm going to keep track of my body fat every week from now until the show. I'm not worried about weight too much, just body fat.
Numbers make no difference and i never measure body fat...its a waste of time. You always go by what you look like and as Steve says look at your worst body part and when there are striations there you are ready.
What you weigh also doesnt matter...drop fat until you are shredded just use the scale to make sure you are dropping weight consistently each week. Do not drop test prior to the show...big mistake! You want to keep things very consistent and steady right to the day of the show. You should be running an AI at least 8 weeks out if not 12-16...a week out will do nothing because your body is already flooded with estrogen and an AI wont remove it...it just prevents more from being created. If anything at this point run nolvadex the last 4-6 weeks and you will at least block most of the estrogen from doing its nasty deeds.

I'm running tren though, nolva would increase progesterone if used together, am I correct?
The reason why I was going to drop test the last week is because test makes me hold onto water, I'm running prop, tren, anavar at the moment, I was thinking just the last week to have tren and anavar, is that a mistake?
Thanks for the input.
Yes obviously I'm focused on losing fat, just asking questions since it's my first comp and people do things differently the last week. No I'm not planning on slacking off during the prep and try some crazy diet trick to "make me look better" on stage, just asking questions about it.
From what I hear, I'm ahead of schedule for fat loss, but my goal is still to lose a lot more fat, want to come in my best.
