    Philosophy of ancients somewhere stay but now we are disconnect , god n th cosmos , th light , modern ppls tend to careless ,

Like th 1960 illusion but where love is live on a rational stance n on a natural dynamics of priotization of th entire population not by synthetic compounds.     a year of.learning wow did i learn
    battle condition n facing injury
    was a strenous challenge
    finally master national next year
    sadly with not th best machine
    oh well ac joint injury n b competitive lil utopic
    wil do my homework and dare anw
    see what happen n i see what i look 4 weeks out
    got thoraric rotation n ac joint to manage a year to heal
    i lost upper size been less strong
    i can pulldown n shoulder press now

    th bbing carreer start well with overall , first in heavy weight then age , wear , tears are adding up n in open 38 against invincible youth bahh u know u waitin til ur master.. sadly been injure wasnt th plan i never been strong n always been quite technical tempo wise i never thought i wil end injure im half way heal i say.. 4 months to go then i should hit a range of 85-90% anw the 1rm days are over.. need stimulate.. so been older n somewhat average well u help others.. why because my god by my extremist nature all th fuk up bbing good n bad i went through is a book by itself... lol eventually th yiung hardcore bber hit wall n wrote to me.. and u know what im happy to be label this way.. so 36-38 was hard bbing wise in open but i maybe not won.. but i sponsor myself out of kindnes 10 atheltes per show in multi province so in some ways i probably have th most win with 200000 views in q&a i had th chance to bring fertility , health , stomach health n lately improve posture of many.. since mine was terrible lol i had pay bber to overseas contest , hotel , flight n even flower to bikini athelte at arnold to cheer up n make them fell special.. some where begginner at contest for th learning curve some been with me for 3 years n see th potential growing.. it a sport that almost a decade it need in some case.. it a give back i had it very easy.. well financially wise.. you been supported u help others by karma of nature.. it equilibirum.. now that back in th gym.. i will do my best n stem cell therapy.. will see what future will bring.. max 245 lean year basis n clean eating year basis.. that th goal n th happening.. then at 245 reach max athelticism flexilibility range of motion n mobility.. be a super master blp or dare trying.. 2015 wil b my last year then hrt afterwords.. need cloze th odysee in beauty n excitement.. i know how to handle injury inflamation th raw enemy n keep goin ok it wasnt th most cheerleader time.. but it wil be useful for others.. and that why i done this non sensical adventure..many tears muscle n keep goin n work around it.. they no data tho... th brologic got is appeal because he had swallow da shit n live with it... it a essential asset in th community.. th brologic twisted science had face th demon n stil one leg squat strong today

    i think now 30.pounds of contest weight max should b th off season, eventually too much of a permabulk just add water retention n health issue.. im intensely aware of that statement since my last off season it me writing do what i say not what i did haha

    Any thoughts about insulin sensitivity and 1295 BLP?Or Hexarelin?

    ankle calves stability exercise

    8 x uni leg 8 inch round eversion
    8 x one leg side lateral elevation
    8 uni leg deadliest with light dumbbell

    ACL static hold , knee stand 90 deg 45 sec

    both size

    abs to stimulate digestion ,
    on floor , knee high touching each other
    pre contraction holding vacuum then
    knee going toward head level for 3 inch range
    keeping tva tight , rep til failure

    then same position knee up 2 inch average no lumbar involve
    rep til failure

    same position again , one leg full extension , alternate
    while bring leg toward abs in contraction inhale air by nose

    hip mobility exercise , rec fem , spoas mobility exer, hip rotation , scorpions ,
    hip trust

    IT band foam each size 2 min , spinal foam roll 2 min ,,, not overlly low either

    prone cobra hold 3 sets 1 min each

    no weight jump squat , on step up , goal is explosive control manners, silent start , almost silent / soft arrival , to fire atp signal n prep cns

    sumo wide stance box squat with elite safety bar squat , look up how to box squat by dave tate on youtube


    body weight 10 rep
    olympic bar empty ,,
    then increase 25 pounds each side a sets
    once reach 70%
    then 5 sets of 5 reps each set
    til 90-95% rmp

    one leg squat , feet on bench , perfect posture
    no weight , 10 pounds , 15 pounds aside 8 reps each time , each side

    overhead lunges , olympic bar , 3 set 10 reps each size , alternate , can be lighter , can be less rep , as long posture on strong stance**

    multi direction lunges , 45 deg , knee lock in , perfect posture
    3 x 8 rep each side **

    one set . time under tension , legs curl then legs extension in circuit
    10 sec positive , 10 sec static on contraction , 10 seconds negative
    til failure

    look up myosfascial release stretch of psoas , 45 sec each size
