But avoiding something that most would consider healthy just seems overkill to me. I dunno, it all depends on yourself and how you can handle dieting. Personally find it much easier to include things like greek yogurt in my diet. Very cheap too. At my local superstore they are always marked half price well before expiry.
We eat a full 500g tub daily both in and out of competition. only a couple grams of sugar in a serving. Original kind if worried about sweeteners.
