Day 1 on mass gainer - Results are INSANE i have gained 20 pounds and I'm a monster!!!! haha could you imagine?

I am just making my way through this new challenge, i am taking 3 scoops of it... thats about all i have to report...

heres my gainer- http://www.perfectnutrition.ca depending on how this cycle goes i will either continue on it or make my own... depends... (the website doesn't have direct links, its called massive)

it was hard to get a pump going tonight... girlfriends coming home from school tomorrow and i have seen her much in the past 6 weeks so my mind is other places >_< still had a good workout though... it was my only option....

There is something i wouldn't mind clarifying

    this thread - http://www.canadabodybuilding.com/sh...uys-get-so-big

i did not see it until today. I would first of all like to say i found it rather flattering. Its a tough cookie to swallow but none of you have made enough of an impression on me to remember you >_< but i seemed to have made quite the impression on you >_< I was going to get into the facts about shirtless photos being acceptable and a pink shirt and blah blah i really don't care... I'm here, im doing my best and working out harder every day. I may sort of maybe a tad bit possibly like the attention? I may not be bodybuilding.com but i am electricity materialized!

My personal definition of what weight i can move is expressed as the amount i can rep 3 times.

Seems like you like the lower rep range style of training. THis is good. Maybe try the 5/3/1 program by JW and see what you get out of that.

Hey, you were a tad vague on your suggestion, but if i am not mistaken you are the only person to post more then twice... and the first to have something confident and positive to say about something i did... thank you.

I made a goe of the 5, 3, 1 to best of my understanding. I did the bar on incline to stretch then 135 for 5, 185 for 3, and 205 for 1.

I had a pretty great workout, i am fighting a bit of a cold so my body was feeling a tad bit achy but i persevered and destroyed some weight anyways =D

Day 3 on the weight gainer - i am feeling a lot more full in more ways then one. This is no surprise and i have known this for a while but the increase in carbs, protein and fats have quite drastically cut down my appetite and made me feel much more satisfied all day, no snack cravings every 20 minutes and my body feels "full" my arms, chest, back, shoulders, legs everything just feels really really good!! One of the guys at the gym said i looked a bit biggerm but i did have one wicked pump going =D

In the never ending pursuit of my personal perfection the results are in progress =D

I ordered an early xmas gift on Ebay for myself, 16" biceps... should be in the mail box in 3-4 months pending no hold ups... the mass gainer (express shipping) should improve the delivery date HAHA!!! What isnt available on the internet....

I don't understand what you mean you gave it a go ?Have you read the book ? it is a math based training program that can last upto a year if your making good gains.

Well worth the read or google the base program.

Wouldn't the sudden impact be rough on your hips and spine? If you really want to stimulate your body to grow, you're going to need to start squatting.

My hips have felt terrible lately... i carry my socks into work so my dad can help me put them on (cannot flex enough to reach my toes) but my spine has very few issues, i have found huge relief from my weighted dips. They seem to instantly relieve any and all tension in my lower back and doing a nice deep squat seems to help the upper.

Squats... they are not easy on my joints but what the hell its the holidays... i will throw a set or two depending on how they go and see what happens.

Its not usually an instant pain im worried about its the entire week after of severe stiffness in both ankles, knees, and hips.

Could get an un expecting xmas gift and feel great the next day?

I'm thinking this could be a mental block on your part here TP.I can't see how could use your ankles, knees and hips for cycling with some impact added in and worry about squatting. What I do know is that people who do not get into at least a moderately deep squat stance also get pretty stiff don't they?
