it's a killer gruelling 2 1/2 hr + leg workout lots of volume
and i always train harder when i'm around him lol
after which you are completely done and unable to do anything but lay down
last tues i tried to do a few things after and both my quads seized trying to walk lol

and go back AGAIN next yr.....
Sounds like you're on the right track and I agree legs MUST be destroyed at every leg workout or it's a wasted workout. Like you my legs are always in need of hard work and with the quad injury I sustained a couple of years back to my right leg things are a slow go...oh well IMO it gives me greater purpose when I'm training legs when I have an obstacle to overcome.

Speaking of the nationals next year has the location and date been announced yet?
