i totally understand about the animals thing
me i didn't miss a beat full on for next yrs nationals
training currently with Brian and Donna Logue online
as well as i'm going back to doing what i did in 2010 when my legs were the biggest they ever were
and that is taking every tuesday off work
driving to Poco to train with IFBB Pro Carlos Rabiei
it's a killer gruelling 2 1/2 hr + leg workout lots of volume
and i always train harder when i'm around him lol
after which you are completely done and unable to do anything but lay down
last tues i tried to do a few things after and both my quads seized trying to walk lol
GOTTA BRING THE LEGS BACK UP
and go back AGAIN next yr.....
