I had a really great week. Here are pic's from this morning. Fat is dropping from around my waist and butt and legs are next. It's always the last place I drop fat and to be honest I was more worried about my stomach but my waist is really tightening up nicely. Should be an easy prep with no extreme measures if all continues this way. Cardio at 45 mins per day this week, cals around 1200-1300 with one major cheat meal per week. Training is getting more intense and I am almost back to my max's. Hip arthritis bothering me on and off, main problem is sleep. We are still awake with the baby through most nights and when trying to get back to sleep I get stiff joints and sometimes intense pain while trying to fall back to sleep. Hopefully that will improve soon. I am looking forward to the next couple work outs following this weeks cheat. Amazing how much energy a carb up can give you for a couple of days.
