45-60 mins is all it should take to get your workout in...
flat bench
flet bench machine
dips
incline bench
one handed push ups
shoulder press
arnolds
chin ups
cardio (20 minutes)
bicep curls
fore arm curls
vertical rows
cable rows
push ups

core between every workout
30 minutes of stretching throughout the entire workout usually 10 of it to before i start working out

60 minutes work outs barely gets me warmed up >_<
