Good luck to all the competitors this weekend, may your hard work and dedication pays off . You are all winners just by being there on stage battling it out with your fellow Canadians bodybuilders.

It was unfortunate for me not to participate this year, just started my offseason a month ago preparing For next year's nationals.
I 'll be back bigger and better than I ever was.

#1- I need to say thanks to the OPA for providing some kick ass jackets for the ontario athletes...very nice.
#2- WTH is with that cheap scale they were using? looks like they got it at Walmart clearance table. (On the plus side it weighed 5lbs less than my own digital so i went from 187.5 to 182.5 in a matter of minutes lol.)

Athletes meeting is in an hour and that's where we will see how many are in our classes. I heard that the light-heavy class has more than 30 competitors.

I just sat in the lobby and drank a beer with Razor. People are arriving for the meeting coming up soon. Ram weighed in at 208 and Nancy was 163.5lbs.

My bro said 31.....i was just thinking again, yep last time they will combine those classes. Until I heard there were just as many in. heavy! Should be a good show....have fun judges!
