NA i think i was overfull cuase i ate like mad and didnt use any dieretic till next day so i was spilled over. I changed my diet this last month very very low carb and very high protien and fats high which seem to dry me alot and keep me full. Im actually less hungry than when i was doing 400carbs for NA. odd but ah well its working. I dont think i wanna do any carb manipulation and little water drop only. Fouad is doing my last weeks so i should be sharp like 2009 and 08

If I recall, he placed 3rd, or second in his division. I had him 3rd. So it's unfair to say he destroyed the competition. In fact the welter (chris) easily won the overall against the others including the heavy weight (chiplick) who beat iain by a decent margin. So, with that said, when I saw him, he needed to improve. As i understand, he has... And for someone so young, it makes sense that he will still be improving quite a bit from year to year, so yes, he is one to watch. Also, arms weren't the problem from memory. Quads were. and much of that was because of posing.

I would guess he should not have trouble winning junior, but I am going to put him out of top5 as a heavy, this year. Unless drastic things happened in his legs in 1 year, there will be a few more seasoned guys taking those spots. Give him 5 years of steady improvements, he'll be the new guy to beat in shw.

He's got good legs, but I think if he competes he will be in for a surprise. He won the provincials when I competed, but to be honest he didn't deserve his class win. I think the guy who came second ti him was insane...another young guy. I think his name was mathew roberts.

Steve d, I meant that Iain destroyed the competition in the Juniors class. I was not talking about the heavyweight class. By the way do you know if the 21 year old kid John Aiello is doing the Canadians this year or next year?

Yes I remember Matthew Roberts, he looked good. Is he doing the nationals?

not sure if john is...If his trainers are smart, they would have him wait until AT LEAST next year. He's already done more than enough shows this past year. And yes, Iain won the junior, but I think there was only 1 other guy (moe) an actually, moe wasn't too bad, considering he was only 17 at tohe time and I actually had to give them both a few looks, since moe has something about him you couldn't discount. But yeah, a guy like Iain wasn't going to have a hard time at a local show in junior.

Perhaps... but I don't know him, so I don't know for sure. I would guess any of the top guys who did provincials in ontario in 2010 would be doing it this year. Guys like Kip Brown, Zane Watson, etc. Its the natural progression from winning provincials, to waiting for the next years nationals since ontarios provinicials is a weird time to compete back to back shows. not long enough after the show to have an 'offseason' and not close enough to just continue dieting. I was going to be 1 of those guys, competing this year, but I am waiting til 2012.

Ian is only gonna do junior male, then a good long off season maybe year off.
Matt roberts Should have won that HW class over Zane, Zane is doing this show I think matt isn't.
They both prob on the lighter HW side so tough to beat a 220 guy when your 205-210

Jordan Janvier looks his best he'll do well in HW
