Windows Update!?

Turning on my computer for the last week and my computer is wanting to Update/Configure. Configuring Windows Updates "Do not turn off your computer" goes on for about 5 minutes, till it finally says "Failure" reverting changes!

How do I fix this? A) get it configured properly or B) stop it from wasting my time every morning to get my computer going.
