I lost 20 pounds...How? I drank bear piss and took up fencing. How the **** you think, son? I exercised.
I'll get some tomorrow as he was in the same class as my buddy. At weigh ins, I was like, WTF, look at this kid. He's got some great potential. Good thick, full muscle bellies.

It was a great show, a little bigger then I think they were ready for. Everyone was great though. I didnt completely agree with the judging, not just my class, but hey, I learned a few more things.
If your the guy I think you are, then I agree. You were in the masters class and middleweight? Came 2nd and 3rd?
Jeez...that overall guy is a junior...sit back and watch..if this guy stays focused he's gonna rocket thru prov level shows and be on national stage..great potential...
or you should say, if he stay focussed he will do well on the national stage...at this point, even without getting leaner, will easily place well enough to get to nationals.
I am pretty sure he'll do well, he seems like he's doing something right!
And his posing is really smooth, he has deffiantely been taking some great advice, a strict training regiment, and some incredible genetics. We can expect some good things with him.
how old is he? overall at junior thats impressive.
Just looking at OPA schedule...so Prov Championship in June and this guy should be good to go if he competes...nationals few months later. Will be interesting to follow his progess.
