For example do push ups in the morning. 50 wide hands, 50 narrow. Maybe some ab crunches or some ab work like leg lifts. Also you could do calf raises on a set of stairs doing each calf alternating every step. What else.. hmm you just got to be creative i used to workout in my basement before i hit the gym and i just did a lot of variations of push ups, pull ups, dips on the washer and dryer. lol.

Those would be great to use, especially because you already have them.

Do a search online for different ball exercises (there are many). It sounds like you have 2 Kettle bells at home which are very popular. Again, you can do a search to find an unlimited amount of exercises.

The key is getting started, staying motivated and sticking with it over the long term.

dumbells and a flat bench or ven a benchpress bench. you can do alot of workouts with deumbelsa and a bench. off wall triceps curls, biceps, chest, lats, delts, back ect.
also look at DC trainning (google it) its a good read, i do somthing liek it but go for 7-8 repsa and workout for about 30-45min not the 20-25min it mentions.. good stuff thow.
also lipotropic protine from LG and soem creatine and a multiv/m is a good idea.
