Hi,

I injuried the tendon that attaches my hamstring to my glute in a 1/2 marathon last year. Now I find when I deadlift the next day the same spot is sore/tender when I stretch to touch my toes. Am I lifting too much? Or am I doing it wrong? Should I stop deadlifting and swap for something else? Not sure if it makes a difference but I weigh 130 and I am deadlifting 94 lbs, so it isn't a huge amount....
