u ate 1500 grams of carbs 200 grams protein and 80 grams of fat sat? so like over 7000 calories. did u consider that u could have eated an extra 500 cals each day that week and had way more energy felt better looked better trained harder and lost more fat then starving urself every day and eating 5000 extra cals all at once and having to force feed. I jsut wish bodybuilding could be made more healthy and fun for the avg person. I dont understand the logic in doing this. Oh well everyone has their own training methods.
