Court was dropped. I wanted to sort my kid out by example seeing that he was part of a group bullying another kid. Its not right to not say anything when you see a child being bullied by a group. My kid was with a group of kids, not the ring leader. I don't want him to be that kind of kid. He's not ****ed up, he is a typical 5 year old, but gave into peer pressure. The kid who led the bullying is a teachers child, and should know better. The parents who confronted me, used force and were trying to intimidate me. She had no clue what was going on other then I was in the playground telling the kids to play elsewhere. She went off half cocked, yelling and swearing and waving her arms in my face. She called the police into the situation when I told her off. Yes I swore at her, yes I lost my temper a bit, but hey, I am human right? I've had issue's with my daughter being the bully, she no longer is after our talk. My son is an artsy fartsy kid he gets picked on by the local bullies, not so much now that he's in grade 8 and has proven he won't take shit. This too was after our talk. Yes i was the bully when i was a kid but both my kid's have turned out great.
