:O) thats why I posted in the beginners forum new to this and it dont help not having any one to talk to as i dont no any one doing anything.
I was told one to keep to the same plan 5days on 2 days off the gym
And give your body a rest from prim as well on the weekends.
So ive changed every thing going to take it 7 days/week which will cut the total cycle time down once done stay clean for a while then come back and ask before i start or do as Tiramisu suggested.
L3 are you saying im wrong for taking the break or wrong for not working out on weekends or wrong as in you dont stop just cause you are not working out.

At least i can say its not been a complete **** up although the cycle is not as i thought etc etc i have learn't a lot just asking the questions nothing wrong with making mistakes as long as you learn form them.
