u cant state personal experience because you have no control group, what were the alternate factors during that time period, if you cant control them how can you be sure its the aminos. People have built massive bodies without taking BCAAs, where do u think these aminos come from. They are extracted from food. If you just eat the food you receive much more benefit and nutrition then stand alone BCAAs. If you are on a bodybuilding diet you dont need these.
