If I found myself in court for such things, I would have
my legal agent ask "Is there an injured party ?"
Criminal law NEEDS a victim..an injured party
Most accused just roll over and play dead and
most lawyers are puppets of the law society.
If you find yourself in a spot, get a legal dictionary
and a copy of the codes these slimey ****s use.
They use all kinds of tricky words that you think
you know the meaning of, but they're put together
in a way to trip you up and shut you down.
DO YOU UNDERSTAND ?
thats a perfect example.
you think you know what "understand" means,
but you dont. you know the street meaning.
if you tell a cop or a judge that you "understand",
you sir......are ****ed.
knowledge is power in some situations.
