I'm still not starting my actually training program, so I just did the same Paul did..

155x5x3 sets all reps felt awesome as they should
5 sets of 5 chins.. on the second and fourth set I used the blast straps as ropes
super setted with
5 sets of 10 BW dips... this is not a good movement for me right now... I'm just coming back off an AC joint injury... so i kept it easy
Thats it ... this weekend I will smashing the strongman events hard getting ready for The Arnold Classic in March!!!!
On a side note
I have given my training partners a sample of the FANTASTIC protein that I got from TRUESUPPLEMENTS.COM, and they can't believe HOW GOOD IT TASTES, plus how friggen cheap it is all the time... Plus they have crazy sales all the time!!!
