    Default Off season cardio

This is my current offseason and its going amazing so far. What do you guys recomend as to offseason cardio if one wants to stay lean and yet still put on some good mass. I tried a few weeks of no cardio like ppl have told me but to keep off the bloat and fat i want to do SOME. So i have been doing 3 times per week max 30 min brisk walk treadmill OR 25 min high intesnsity recumbinant bike. Any suggestions..gymbrat i want your input

Do a 50 minute spin class 3x a week in the morning on an empty stomach you will burn about 600 calories every class! Also, you can set your resistance pretty high and peddle slow so its like you are working your legs!

    according to palumbo...

start off 20mins every 3rd workout either empty stomach in morning or post workout, you can up it to max every other workout.

staying lean is good so when cutting up you don't have to work as hard. but don't be afraid to put on a bit of fat it goes hand in hand.

keep heart rate at 120-125max for optimal fat burning zone.

I take what i read with a grain of salt. I too what burn to much muscle doing a spin class. With the pace and BPM you would be using carbs as a fuel. So i prefer my brisk walk and bike. But this morning got in 40 min 3.8mph walk on a empty stomach!

Hey Tav ive been doing brisk cardio about 4-5 days a week for 20-30 mins this offseason/bulk and im loving it bro.. staying way leaner/vascular and the size/strength is increasing at a good rate(not as fast if i was eating more and doing less cardio, but still increasing good)..... so far at around this time im happier then last year when i did barely any cardio... i have a feeling ill be wearing tank tops and veining out like a mofo all winter long!
The worst thing you can be is average... LIGHTWEIGHT!!!!!!
