I swear i read a google he was only sentanced to 6 years, for what ever, and that was in 2006 was arrested, so in jail in New Jery wont he be due for parole this year?? Besides what he did, i thought he was a cool guy.

As for Royy, ya talked with him about 6 monthish ago, but when he first joined (i was mod then) i swear they were both getthing boot soon , but lol we learn to love em..

IN FACT, WILLIAM BUCKMAN ARGUES THAT SHARPLES SHOULD HAVE BEEN TRIED IN CANADA RATHER THAN BEING EXTRADITED TO THE U-S, FOR HIS E-MAIL ORDER DRUG OPERATION.

THE RCMP HERE CO-OPERATED WITH THE U-S DRUG ENFORCEMENT ADMINISTRATION IN THE CASE. AN UNDERCOVER D-E-A OFFICER CONTACTED SHARPLES BY E-MAIL IN 2005; THEN MAILED TWO INTERNATIONAL MONEY ORDERS IN MAY OF THAT YEAR, AND RECEIVED TWO SHIPMENTS OF CRYSTAL METH IN JUNE.

SHARPLES WAS ARRESTED BY THE RCMP, AND EXTRADITED TO THE U-S IN JUNE OF 2007.

I have to say the guy was an idot for selling Meth period . But he should have been charged and had trial in Canada regarless . the criminal act took place in Canada , and so should the trial . Just my opinipon .

I agree, but the this problem will be with us as long as AAS are illigal. Take a look at the resent bust's, just about everyone of them were also dealing in drugs. It's the nature of the beast, make any product illigal and it go's under ground where the criminal element are quick to see an oppertunity.

So, when would doc technically be due for parole?? i was figuring the summer? I personally don't know why he went to US as well, he committed the crime in BC, not , even though he mailed.... i hope he smartened up. all rec's does will do is get ya in jail.
