This was the best workout of my life. I had to force my self to stop lifting... even right now my arms are fully shot barley type right now. Looking in the mirror also my arms looked bigger then ever amazing pumps.

Id say im no longer just running on Dbol but the gear is really kicking in now!

Another thing is my lats feel pumped 24/7 my back just feels so big I love it.
