Hey guys just found this site, im a member on a couple other sites.. but thought I would transfer my log so far over to here.
Ill just start it from now and let ya know hows its gone so far.
I am 2 weeks into my cycle and its ran like this.
week 1-4 Dbol 40mg
week 1-10 Test400 200mgX2 a week. ( saturday/tuesday)
Starting weight was 184lbs
current weight 196lbs ( yesterday)
and here is yesterdays workout.
Flat BB bench -
45 X18
135 X12
225 X9
245 X6 *** PLUS 20lbs****
245 X5
Smith Incline ( haven't this in forever) -
135 X12
225 X10
245 X8 ** NEW PR
135 X15
Flat bench cable flys -
40 X12
60 X10
70 X10
50 X10
then did some random ab stuff!
