Hi All;
I'm just trying to change a few things up and would like to hear from people some different recipes. Mostly recipes that are high in protein, fiber, complex carbs and low in fat.

hi johny
i like this at night during a cut phase:
sautey tomatoes, red peppers, onions in a bit of olive oil in a pan
beat 2 eggs and some egg whites, and pour it in the pan with the vegs
let her fry, turn her over when the bottom looks good ^ ^, let it cook a bit more, add some salt, then it's rdy to e3t
with that, i cut up some broccoli, put it in a dish, poured in some water, added salt, and microwaved it.
NOTE: not to be rude to anyone, but plz dont bitch at me for using olive oil, or having too much fat, etc... if you dont like it go **** yourself, i dont train like a pussy, so i need some more fat
I like this 3 or 4 times a day. Make sure you don't eat too much of it or you might get a little nauseous. Make sure you heat the pan properly or you might over cook it. These are two of my favorites: (Just be sure to enjoy yourself!)
Yield: about 19 cupcakes
Ingredients:
For the cake:
2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
3/4 tsp. salt
3 tsp. lemon zest
12 tbsp. unsalted butter, at room temperature
1 1/4 cups sugar
2 eggs
3/4 cup milk
2 cups fresh strawberries, chopped
Directions:
To make the cupcakes, preheat the oven to 325 degrees F. Line muffin pans with paper liners. In a bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, salt and lemon zest. Stir together with a fork and set aside. In the bowl of a stand mixer, beat the butter on medium speed until it is light and fluffy. Add the sugar and beat until well combined. Beat in the eggs one at a time, scraping down the bowl after each addition. Add half of the flour mixture to the bowl and beat on low speed until just incorporated. Add in the milk and mix until smooth. Add in the remaining flour mixture and mix on low speed until just blended. Fold in the fresh strawberries with a spatula.
Divide the batter evenly between the paper liners, filling them about 3/4 full. Bake about 25 to 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Allow to cool in the pan 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.

After much suffering and torment, I was resurrected large, and pure, and immaculate.
no real recipe for this one but i like to make shepards pie a diffrent way. I fry up a pound of lean ground chicken, add some mushrooms, onions and peas (or whatever veg you want) stir all that with a can of reduced sodium mushroom soup and top with a combo of sweet potatoe and butternut squash, or just sweet potatoe sometimes. Full of protein and complex carbs, very little fat, tastes amazing.
PdH - I am hoping that is your offseason recipe :-). If I ate that 3-4 times a day I would gain 3lbs a week...
Unless it's a cheat meal, I don't see why you would want white flour or white sugar in your daily diet.

I picked up Red Pepper Sauce by Classico - awesome sugar free tomato sauce. Open the container and put in 2 tablespoons of full fat olive oil mayonnaise. Shake well. Add it to anything - ie. you can pan fry tuna with onions and diced veggies and it tastes fantastic. It's also great on chicken breast. It's a nice clean sauce and adds about 5g of fat (roughly) per 1/4 cup.
did the shepherds pie with chicken chunks. It is a good recipe, so good my daughter had thirds.
