personally I barely feel it at 50/d, but it is true I'm heavier than the op. I wouldn't take over 40 for 7 weeks though. The liver wouldn't like that

I have used var alone at 60/d for 8 weeks. I have also used it in combination with test.
Alone, it made me more vascular, muscles harder, and made me lose fat. I got toned and fit looking, not bigger. No, noticeable weight gain.
Thanks for all the input everyone. The "toned" look is more or less what I am going for here, so this sounds like a good choice once again.
Has anyone tried Trib or any other over the counter product to help bump their libido while on var? This is the most common problem I am reading while taking var, libido loss.
Also I was thinking of throwing in some liv52 just for the extra liver protection, is there anything better or different OTC that you guys would recommend before using Liv52?
I had zero libido issues - it affects people differently.
I just used milk thistle for liver protection, as well as omega-3. Var is not as toxic to the liver as other orals, it is commonly prescribed for long-term usage (months not weeks) for AIDS patients to prevent muscle wasting. My liver enzymes were slightly elevated after 8 weeks, getting towards upper limit of normal range, nothing my doc was concerned about. Keep alcohol to an absolute minimum though.
It seems like this is a never ending struggle to find a solid answer about anavar pct. I have basically been researching for months now holding off on starting a cycle as I have been told over and over to research first....
Every forum I read gives different answers! I'm losing my sh*t, lol. All because I want to "play it safe".. Well, safe as I can get it at least.
I was planning on taking Nolva, CEL cycle assist, CEL pct assist, and multi, fish oils and the usual supplements during my pct. (except for cycle assist will be during).
This will be from a 6 week var cycle now.
I just got flamed for posting about my cycle on another forum as they said I "need to research more" as nolva is totally useless for var pct.
I have researched till my eyes started bleeding and I feel like I am in the same position. Can someone with some expert advice or experience please tell me if Nolva helps with shutdown/suppression?
I was leaning towards Nolva for the less sides than Clomid and I keep reading that clomid is an outdated pct..etc..etc..
I think I researched too much that everything just contradicts everything and everyone just gives half ass answers or tells me to "RESEARCH MORE"!

The reason the research is conflicting is because people who use AAS would not waste their time posting pct about a anavar only cycle. It is just a newb thing because in reality oral only cycles never amount to much gains and usually lead to the person just sucking it up and doing test. But back to the topic. If you run the var for 6 weeks a suitable pct would be
Nolvadex week 1-40mg ED
week 2-40mg ED
Week 3-20mg ED
Week 4-20mg ED
Thats definitly more than enough nolvadex and a sufficient pct to recover from an anavar only cycle. Stop making things more complicated then they are. Get var, and nolva and run it then do this pct. Then when your ready to make real gains get out the test.

you need to worry much less about your ideal anavar cycle pct and worry A LOT more about your diet.
taking var will not make you "toned". altering your diet will. and eating whole grains and gainer shakes and as much fruit as you can will result in the skinny fat physique you currently have becoming skinnyfatter
i dont think you need to research var or pct anymore, i think you have enough of a handle on it to make your own decision about how to run it, youll never get a consistent answer on these boards because there is more then one way to skin a cat and everyone has an opinion as to which is the "right way"
you need to research the basics of nutrition and how the body works in order to achieve you goals
