1.  Does Nectar™ Medical offer distinct health benefits?

2.  What is whey protein isolate (WPI)?
In bovine milk, whey accounts for approximately 20% of the total protein content and is the soluble fraction of milk protein.  Casein (the other 80%) is the insoluble portion which is used to produce cheese.  During cheese-making, the casein is precipitated and coagulated to form the cheese and the whey is filtered off to create other products.  Those products that contain 90% or more protein are called whey protein isolates (WPIs)--the highest quality whey proteins on the market.  WPIs are nearly pure protein with ZERO fat and ZERO carbohydrate content.
