I've tried my fair share of pre-workout drinks, and this was by far my favourite.
These drinks are heavily caffeinated. So much so that these companies refuse to state how much caffeine/stimulants are in each serving. An unfortunate thing because for people like me who are sensitive to caffeine may not be prepared for the kind of punch these drinks pack.
If you want energy, focus, moderate strength increase and a huge boost to get you through a workout, this drink is it. But it comes at a price. The amount of stimulants that are in this drink will probably burn you out if you don't take a break from it.
I took 1 scoop before every workout. I train Mon/Wed/Fri so that was only 3 scoops a week. Doesn't seem like much, does it? Well, for me it was. I finished the entire tub. No breaks. By the time I was finished, my blood pressure and resting heart rate was substantially increased.
The after effects of this drink are pretty harsh. I felt completely cracked out afterwards. Jittery, anxious, just basically felt like a freakin tweeker. Sleep was totally disrupted as well.. I'd lie awake for hours and hours, sometimes until 8 or 9am in the morning before I could finally fall asleep. Take this stuff as early as possible!
I think with these kinds of drinks, it's better to maybe cycle them. 2 weeks on, 2 weeks off kinda thing. Otherwise, I think they can build up in your system and really wreak havoc.
I've also read a few people mention liver values being elevated when they get blood tests. While I can't say for sure, I have a feeling this drink mix was the cause of mine being elevated (I had bloodwork done). So again, probably better to take breaks from this stuff, as well as any other stim drink for that matter.
Aside from all that, if you're feeling kinda dragged out and unmotivated and looking for a kick ass boost to your workouts, try this stuff out. It was definitely my favourite and I'll probably pick some up again in a few months or so once my body has had a chance to recuperate.
Btw, this will cause an almost immediate bowel evacuation like the other drinks do, however it didn't seem to be as bad as SuperDump 250. Just basically a big 'ol dump to lighten the load and get you ready for a great workout.
