      30grams per a scoop is the one thing thought caught my eye first on this product. The taste is average, a little watery, no thickness. The flavors get a little tired after a few days of use. I thought the cookies and cream was not good at all, the chocolate was ok. The price is usually decent on the product. I'd still recommend it for the content, but if your just mixing in a shaker cup with water, I wouldn't go buy a 5lbs tub of this stuff, gets tiring very easily.
