Tried this before Coffee. 1/4 of the bottle and I had one of the best workouts of my life. Great pre workout product but your body will get used to it and you will want to up your dose. If the dose becomes to high then the stimulants can have negative effects so keep it in moderation and not as a stable to a good workout.

Great product, but for me, 1/4 of the bottle wasn't enough.
Great energy, great taste.
About 4-6$ per bottle.
