Probably one of the best preworkout drinks I have tried. Really helps with blood flow which can be a bonus for men! No need for Viagra when taking this stuff.

Used it during contest prep as it has no carbs and suggests fat burner properties. Did notice the ability to slug through entire workouts when quite depleted and feel slightly under normal (which was an improvement). No pumps but I had no carbs. Did feel pretty focused during workouts. I original had four containers of fruit punch and sold the last off as the taste is pretty nasty. If I judged it on taste alone, it'd be a 2 or 3.
