I purchased Banana flavor. The taste is decent. The texture is kind of like you would get from a Casein, where its a bit thicker than most powders, but not quite as thick as a casein is. I mix in a blender but have tried in a shaker cup and found it has a tendency to clump a little bit. Also you want to drink it right away, dont premix this and drink it later...it turns brown and tastes really bad later on.
Over all a good product and something I will use regularly.
