Great after workout recovery drink! I like to put a scoop into the blender with a little water and a bunch of ice cubes and blend up....gets really slushy just like a Slurpee!!! Perfect treat espically when dieting!!

only using half a scoop of this, works good. good energy and pumps in the gym. not sure about how it affects the liver, but i will cease using it within a couple of weeks. take a few months off and then use it again.

Ive been using this product for 2 months, 45 min before bedtime with my Now ZMA and my sleep pattern has greatly improved. My mood is better as well. I used to take melatonine but I was worried of naturel supression of melatonin production and so decided to switch for 5-htp.
I had some hardcore drowsiness after taking it the first week. It does not give as much drowsiness anymore but defiantly helps me fall asleep and stay asleep.
I cannot compare with 5-htp from other manufacturer since I never used any other brand. I give a 5/5 to this product for effectiveness, it does what it should be doing.
I am using 100mg, I do not know what taking only 50mg would do since my caps are 100mg.

I found this product to be comparable to other fish oil capsules. The amount of DHA and EPA is lower than I would like however the price is also quite good, especially when purchased in bulk.
I still noticed "fish burps" and you will have to take more capsules compared with a more concentrated fish oil supplement. This product is great for budget-conscious individuals.
