Wow. I am actually shocked at the negative review. The Cocoa Bean (chocolate) is really the only protein powder I use. Mixes great. My wife loves it. As for quality it is one of the better blends on the market. I think last time I looked at the stats the protein percentage per scoop was slightly higher that ON's Gold Standard. It was somewhere in the low 80's. Most isolates sit at 85-90.

Good things come in small packages. The small bottle doesn't look like much but this is one of the best pre-workout products on the market as of Apr 2010. Good pumps. I liked it better that the big name products - NOXplode, SuperPump...etc. The only one that gave me better pumps was Cytosport's Monster Pump - and that could be due to waxy maize. 1MR has a very low carb count so it would be a great product to use while dieting.

Price is good, but I don`t see any benefits of using this product. I gave it a last try recently and am going to pass on it to favor dextrose.
I rate the product good as it is what the label says it is, but give it a 3 for what it delivers. There are some big time claims behind this product that just has zero proof to back them up.

I love this stuff. And $35 for 5lbs is a sweet, sweet deal. Some say it mixes a little bad, but in a shaker cup, it`s never a problem. It tastes great and has 50% iso in the blend. Who else offers you that. Nobody...

I`ve given glutamine and all it`s variations it`s last try. If something tastes this bad, it better work and I can`t say it does anything in terms of recovery or anything that can help me gain muscle or lose bodyfat. I`d spend my money on bcaa`s rather than glutamine.

It`s basically the same carb source found in gatorade for 1/2 the price minus the electrolytes. I often mix them together to save money.

I first tried the old formula and it knocked my socks off. Just got some to the "V.3" and used it 5 times and something isn`t right. I`ve given up on this product don`t recommend it.

This is where I get pretty much everything I need. Their customer service is always fast, they have really good promo`s like a free lb of bcaa powder with orders over $120 and a nice selection of bulk powders.
Nothing but good things to say about this company. Oh yeah, they`ll also let you try their protein before buying it. It`s a no brainer, try them out, you`ll see!
