I am not a fan of pre - workout supplements. Due to the fact that I can get the same results from a cup of coffee.
But this product is well worth the $30-$40 spent . The only problem is , it's not aloud in Canada because of the L-Carnitine so I don't take it anymore.
The Beta Alanine is very noticeable with only taking 2 scoops . If you like that ichy feeling then this is the product for you . Other than that it has a lot of other products ( creatine , citrulline malate , arginine , tyrosine , ALCAR , caffeine , and amino's ) so that will help reduce your cost in other products.
Great all round product and yes , I would take this again.

Recommended Use:
For a rich , creamy shake, mix 2-4 scoops with 6 to 12oz cold water and thoroughly mix in a blender or shaker for 45 seconds.
Use 2 to 3 servings daily.
Findings :
I was taking in 2 scoops daily. This product does not mix very well with just a spoon or shaker , if you want a nice smooth shake I would say to blend it.
The taste was good , tasted like all the other chocolate protein shakes , so there was no problem drinking it.
One good thing was even when mixed with WATER it still tasted like it was mixed with milk , very creamy , so that was a bonus !
Personally I think this is a very good MP if your on a low carb kick . It has very low carbs 4.5g per serving , but you get in the EFA's , fiber and high protein.
I would take it again and I think $50 for 2.6lbs is a decent price .

My favorite whey of all time, best tasting whey and great nutritional profile. Mixes easy with a spoon, cant say anything negative about it. Except its a little more expensive then buying in bulk whey

Great taste, mixes very well with a cup. And the prices cant be beat. Although Im not a huge fan of the chocolate/PB flavor as its all PB and very little chocolate taste. The chocolate is great same with the strawberry, both very good.

I don't know about the whole liquid stable creatine thing, but I do feel it works well as a pre-workout energy product. Half a bottle and I'm ready to go.

It's good but nothing great. The taste was ok (very light) and good on the stomach. The only problem that i had with this product was the clumping and no it does not dissolve instantly.
